Homework Info.

Math and spelling are always due the next morning, but reading journals are not due until Friday.

Monday:

  • Reading = Read for 15 minutes then write a short summary of what you read in your reading journal.
  • Spelling = Write each word you missed 3 times each.
  • Math = Minute Math Page and multiplication practice page.

Tuesday:

  • Reading = Read for 15 minutes then write 3 connections to what you read in your reading journal.
  • Spelling = Write each word you missed with a dash between each letter, then again but with a slash between each letter, then one more time normally (example – t-r-e-e, t/r/e/e, tree).
  • Math = Math Review Page and multiplication practice page.

Wednesday:

  • Reading = Read for 15 minutes then write down 3 questions about what you read in your reading journal.
  • Spelling = Write each word you missed 3 times and capitalize the vowels (a, e, i, o, u) each time you write the word (example – snAkE, snAkE, snAkE).
  • Math = Minute Math Page and multiplication practice page.

Thursday:

  • Reading = Read for 15 minutes then draw a picture of what you read in your reading journal.
  • Spelling = Write each word you missed 5 times each.
  • Math = Math Review Page and multiplication practice page.
